	Jennifer Sheldon * Experience: 24 years in communications including project management, event organizing and knowledge management consulting. Also writer, editor, video producer, and trainer. * Philosophy: "Philosophers use hundreds of words to describe things that three year olds just do. Age can bring sophistication, but not always results." * Primary focus: Clarifying the message and getting it across. * Hobbies: Reading, aikido, naturopathy. Jennifer is the Co-Principal of our organisation.

	Jim Hutchison * Experience: Over 20 years business and environmental management experience. Provides consultancy, training, education and research services. A qualified EMS auditor he has also an Honours degree in Geography, an MBA and an MSc in Environmental Management. *Philosophy - Keep it simple, keep it clear, be prepared – then relax and enjoy! *Primary Focus - Practical environmental management using tried and trusted tools, techniques and standards. *Hobbies - Football (watching); tennis (playing); music (listening); dog walking (unavoidable); my garden (sad but true).
